Appointment Policy

At Creative Edge Lifestyle Management we understand that time is precious, both your time and ours. We will make every effort to ensure appointments are made to suit your schedule, however at peak times this may not be possible but we will offer alternative times that are. Please be prompt and ready to go at your scheduled time. If for any reason a session commences late due to client lateness the session will conclude as scheduled and the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Creative Edge Lifestyle Management has a 24-hour notice cancellation policy. The client will be billed in full for any no-show to a session or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Remember you are making a commitment to improve your health and wellbeing. Please respect you and your trainer’s time. If through circumstances beyond your control 24 hours notice cannot be given please contact your trainer as soon as possible.

Declaration

I have read all the Policies, Terms and Conditions and take responsibility for training or partaking in a Program with Creative Edge Lifestyle Management. I am aware I must disclose any injuries (old or new), illnesses or other medical conditions prior to commencement of any program or session.
